Called GreenLake Sewer and Drain on Saturday morning and they arrived less than 1 hour later! They took a look, and quickly diagnosed that the issue was not with the sewer but with the sump pump. They then gave me the name of the right person to call, and then said something that I never thought I would hear - "no charge, we were in the neighborhood anyway". Who does that?? When we do have a sewer issue, I know who I will call."

"Chuck and Brian came out today to fix a really stubborn sink clog in our really old house. They were on time, professional, and straight forward with me. They were also super responsive when I called to inquire about scheduling, getting back to me within minutes (call, don't email). It took more than an hour due to the poor design in our old home, but they eventually got it unblocked. The fees were as quoted, and I would recommend Green Lake Sewer & Drain (a small local business) to anyone with a stubborn clog."
